When you think about exhibition gifts, thoughts that come tom mind most often include things like promotion t-shirts and personalized key chains. However, there is another group that you can't forget when it comes to exhibition gifts-your employees who will be attending the exhibition! Taking time out of your life to travel may not seem like a big deal to you, but to an employee with a family, business trips to run exhibition booths can really take a chunk of free time. Don't forget to send your employees off with some great gifts that they can use at the exhibition.

Many exhibitions are casual. Therefore, purchasing polo shirts or even T-shirts personalized to promote your business may be a great idea. Make sure you get the correct sizes, and let your employees have a say about the color, but these make great exhibition gifts. Sometimes, there are mixers for exhibitors the night before the exhibition, which would also be an appropriate place to wear this kind of an item. Also, if your employees will simply be attending the exhibition, instead of running a booth, having a promotional article of clothing is a great idea. Afterwards, your employees can keep and wear this item other places as well.

If you expect your employees to attend lectures or workshops while at an exhibition, it may also be a great idea to provide corporate conference folders to carry and use for note taking. These are great to help your employees stay organized and come in a variety of shapes and sizes. Again, after the exhibition, you employees get to keep these items as gifts for attending on your behalf, so you'll also be boosting employee morale. You'll make more money when your employees like you and want to do well for you.

Business cards specific to your employee are also a nice gesture if you don't already have them for your employees. They're relatively inexpensive, but a set of 1000 business cards using your company logo but printed with your employee's personal name and desk phone number can help your employee feel more in tune with the company. They'll want the company to succeed, not simply feel like they're just being paid to do a job and the end result doesn't matter. A name may also trigger an exhibition-goer to remember your employee's face and what he or she talked about in regards to your business.

Other exhibition gifts may be appropriate as well, and if you plan to include a number of gifts, it might be a great idea to pack them all in a corporate conference bag for your employee. These special gifts are slightly more expensive, but will help your employee feel more organized, and everywhere he or she carries it, your business will be advertised. The bottom line is that when you spend the extra money and time to show your employees that you value them, you'll find that you have happier and more productive employees in general, and your exhibitions will be more successful.
