Master Cleanse Diet is also known as Lemonade Diet. This is an old technique for body cleansing. Some of the Hollywood stars use this for fast weight loss. This is designed for body cleansing, but others use this for weight loss. The Master Cleanse Diet began in the 1940s. This is a very simple program, what you will do is squeeze fresh lemon juice, add maple syrup, and cayenne pepper into water. The advisable dose of this is maximum of 12 glasses a day. Drink it whenever you're hungry. It tastes really good.

In the morning you can do a salt water flush. In a salt water flush, you will need sea salt and water. First thing you will do is, heat up a quart of water in a pan, add 2 spoons of sea salt. Make sure that the water is salty, if not add more salt. Then drink it, rub your abdomen, this helps break down any fecal particles. After 15 minutes, maximum of two hours, you should have a diarrhea. If you didn't have a diarrhea, you will need more salt. This diet is gentle. There were handful of benefits that you can get from this diet, this includes flushing out bad toxins and it helps with eliminating digestion problems.

This also promotes weight loss, plus it also benefits to the skin, it will give you a clearer complexion within days. Experts say that it's best to do a master cleanse 3-4 times a year. If you feel uncomfortable and experience unusual side effects, stop the cleanse. The Master cleanse is a healthy alternative way in body detoxifying, however excessive use of this may cause negative effects in your body. Also this diet is not recommended or advised for some individuals due to health issues. If you are taking medications, you should also consider asking a professional.
