If you or someone you know has acid reflux, you know about the chest pains that come with it. Acid reflux and chest pain go hand in hand. The first few times that chest pain occurs because of the acid reflux, you may think you are having a heart attack. Those who are really having a heart attack and have had acid reflux think that it is just from the acid and do not get the medical help they need.
