In most of the societies of today, it has become more difficult for us to be able to breathe correctly. This is because of all the bad things that are in it now from the use of cars and factories. You do not have to become a total vegetarian or give up everything that you love but, with a few changes in your lifestyle and eating habits, you can become a better you. By adding teas that are designed to detoxify the system, you can start your body on the right way to start over. The teas are made from organic herbs and plants that will give you the ability to detox your system. These herbs will give you the right balance and the correct function that you should have for the kidneys, liver, skin, and more.

You can buy these teas in some of the health stores around town and you are also able to grow your own herbs at home. When you are in the market to buy them, you will need to be very careful about what is in them because you want it to be the most natural that you can find. If you are putting things in your body that are not good, you will be defeating the purpose of the detox and it will not help your health any.

Beside the herbs that are designed for making the blood clean you also need to find herbs that will give you a good circulation and also help the organs of the body. Milk Thistle is one of these herbs. Dandelion roots are also especially good for cleaning the liver, spleen and gall bladder.

Burdock is a common herb that will even out and get rid of the bad things in your body and give the kidneys a chance to work the way they should. Hibiscus flower are an old Egyptian herb that helps problems with the stomach. Fenugreek seed gives the lungs a better way to work. Echinacea Angustifolia will clean the immune system and make it stronger. Ginger root is a cleaner for the liver and some of the other organs of the body.

Licorice is a great thing to help the throat from being sore and will also help you if you are a smoker who wants to quit the habit.

How To Get The Tea Ready To Drink It

You can find all the things that are listed above by going to a health food store. All you need to do is boil about two quarts of water in the morning and you will not need to make any more for the whole day. You will need to add about a ¼ of the cumin, ½ teaspoon of the coriander, ½ teaspoon of the fennel in the water and let it steep for about ten minutes. Make sure that allot he herbs are totally covered by the water. Use a strainer to get rid of the wet herbs and put the remaining liquid into a container. Each day you will need to repeat this process for a fresh bunch of tea for you to enjoy.
