1. Develop more balanced, successful and disciplined lives

Eat a well-balanced breakfast each day. Engage in a hobby or activity aside from school or work to release creative energy. Run, play and act like a kid sometimes; take time to smell the flowers.

2. Building a Healthy Self-Image

Play up your best feature everyday. Make your home your castle and relish in it. Be thankful for what you have each day.

3. Developing Attitude

Winners have an attitude that says they cannot fail. Life will present challenges, but none are impossible to overcome. Take the bitter with the sweet and keep it moving.

4. Become more Focused

Write your goals out and post them on the refrigerator, the mirror, the wall near the light switch, or anywhere you go often in your home to remind yourself of the big picture/reason why you are making the small, current day sacrifices.

5. Goals: Game plan for success…5 ways to stay mentally fit for life…the dream worksheet…discipline…dreams fuel your G.O.A.L.S.

Benefits of the Boot Camp:

1. Helps you gain confidence in yourself ~ Winners never quit!

2. Provides a way for setting and reaching goals ~ Set benchmarks to keep yourself on target every month.

3. Develops an attitude of excellence and discipline ~ Surround yourself with positive, ambitious, open-minded people.

The best way to remember something important is to write it down, then practice saying it out loud, practice doing it, then practice again with a friend (partner) until you get it. Celebrate the joy of togetherness through the rain and the rainbow.

When your life seems perfect, help someone who is in need to get where they want to go.
