Emotions feelings grudges stuff. An important characteristic you ought to master is the power to LET IT GO! Release it. If you don't you may be weighed down with overwhelming feelings of inadequacy.

Everything in your life takes time and energy. Energy is nourished by your resources. Resources include time, capital, wisdom, mental capacity thinking space etc.

You must strive to give your time and energy to those things which create the most value. All too often people allow unnecessary activities to consume their energy- energy that could have, and should have, been spent elsewhere. Simply put, "You get too busy to do the things you should or want do."

One morning before I left for work, my 3 year-old daughter climbed up into my lap and said, "Daddy, you go to the office?"

"Yes honey."

"You be back soon," she declared.

"No. I'm sorry sweetheart but this time I'm going for a long trip. I won't be back for a few of weeks," I told her.

Then, dropping her eyes to the floor and wearing the saddest look I've ever seen, she said, "o.k."

Take some time out to assess your life and your business. What are you allowing to consume your energy? Can you Release It? The same applies to material possessions. Is your life "weighed down?" Go through your house and dispose of everything you have not used within the last year. Got a garage stuffed to the rafters with junk? Dispose of it! Eliminate anything in your life that is unnecessary.

Don't allow stress to control your life. LETTING GO will free up space in your life for what is truly essential.
