48 Hour Presidential Prediction

I will do a 24 hour out and then a day of- and a day after anaylsis of probably one of the most significant elections of all times. I am wearing no hat in this race. For the first time in my life I am for neither of the party's nominees. I voted early last week, as I usually do and I voted for The Liibertarian presidential candidate. Do you know who that is? Third party candidates get little recognition. My point is, I am objective, no irons to burn, in my analysis.

It is going to be a Democratic tsunami!

The Republicans have no one to blame but themselves. George Bush is a good man, but not enough of his own man to do what needed to be done. The Cheney, Country First, we're the 800 pound gorilla in on the block mentality won out. The go-it-alone in a very diverse world paradigm will not work- can't work.  And I see it really as FATE that the economic meltdown happened in September-October which sealed the fate for McCain.

McCain for all of his maverick qualities, is simply too OLD SCHOOL!

McCain is a throw back to a generation who's ideas don't work in the 21st century. It says something not good, not good at all that the Republican presidential candidate doesn't own a computer, doesn't email, etc. He's not living in the real world. Having said that don't make the wrong comparisons about one needing to be digital to be right. We need people who can discern the signs, understand the times, and see what's ahead. McCain is living too much in the past and looking backwards for his guidance and not forward.

Obama is not a socialist, John! That tired line is a relic of the past too!

Obama should not be an electable candidate. His ties to terrorists, his twnety year association with Jeremiah Wright, his name, his race, his color, his one dozen other things say this man cannot be elected. Hillary thought that too and as a result of her complacency and living in the 90's (with Bubba), she mistook what was happening.  So, what the hell is happening?

Good question!

The world is CHANGING. Obama is as much a CHANGE AGENT as he is a person just going with the flow. He's not fighting the currents, but swimming in current with them. And in so doing he will be elected president of the United States (sorry Hannity and El Rushbo- get over it), but he will also get caught up in the current and be slammed against the shore before 2012. More about that later. My point here is.

November 4th is a CHANGE DATE. Good at first- not good in the end.

As a spiritual-futurist, I interpret current events in light of possible macro-universal forces at play leading up to 2012, but not limited to it.
