Just because everybody seems to rely on high technology, it doesn't mean that you can place an X mark on greeting card printing for your marketing ventures. Yes, you can always send out e-cards for your clients to see on their cyber mailboxes. But you cannot be too sure if they will even open the mail or if that will not be filtered to go straight to the Spam folder.

To be sure that your clients will hold the mail, you must get a solid material like greeting cards. But your goal must exceed the part. Your clients must like what they will see enough so that they will open the card and read your message.

In greeting card printing, you can experiment on how you do things in order to create a new presentation out of an old medium. First, you can get rid of the envelopes. You can ask the printing company of your choice to have the addresses printed at the back of the cards. Or if you want to retain the envelopes, design them in ways that they will be eye-catching enough for your clients to get excited to see what's inside.

And here are some tips to help you create good cards with effective marketing techniques that can boost your appeal to your clients and probable ones.

Make your brand stand out. How do you achieve this? Make sure that you use the elements that people relate to your brand, your products and services on your greeting cards. What are these elements? Place your business logo alongside your company name on the part of the card where people are going to pay attention to such. Use the typefaces for your business name that are similar to what your clients have been accustomed to and that you have used before on your other marketing tools.
Keep your tag line. If you have something that worked for your other tools, you must also utilize this on your greeting card printing venture. Choose the right spot on the card for this element. Use this in a way that it will enhance the card and for your clients to be persuaded with what you have in store for them.
Take time to make sure that your card's design fit the preferences of your target market. It will be better if you will hire a professional for this task. Share with them your vision and what you want to achieve. They will be able to read beyond that and can give you good selections as to how you want to take all this.
Deliver the kind of emotion that you want your clients to feel upon getting your cards. You can achieve this through the use of the right fonts. It will be better if you will keep the kinds that you will utilize on the cards on a minimum of two.
Deliver your message in a friendly manner. Talk to your clients like you would talk to your family or friends. Make them feel at ease in dealing with you. This way, you will be able to convince them faster.

And after your greeting card printing has done its job, do not forget to do the necessary follow-up to make sure that you won't be forgotten by your target market.
