Heavy Metal Detox

Good immune system can fight bacteria and viruses, but it can not fight the heavy metals. They are arsenic, aluminum, antimony, cadmium, lead, mercury, uranium, and others. Heavy Metals are partially responsible for premature aging. They hit free radicals in your body and this bang creates even more free radicals. Free radicals attack molecules incorporated into the cell structure, making holes in the cell until the cell leaks and loses its chemical balances.

Heavy Metal Detox assists in preventing inflammations and free radical damage in all organ system, including skin. It is necessary to perform a heavy metal detox regularly. It is a safe and well-tolerated process. Together, herbal supplements (also called chelators) and antioxidants neutralize and clear out free radicals. If you want to speed up the effects of Heavy Metal Detox, do the lymph and blood cleansing before the Heavy metal Detox.

Sunblock

80% of your live's sun exposure you receive by the age 25. However, the signs of sun damage remain invisible until you are in the 40s. So, prevention is a key. Good sunblock is a safe and inexpensive product that goes a long way. You should use it regardless of age.

Sunblock protects the skin from UVB and UVA radiation. There are 20 times more UVA rays than there are UVB rays. UVA rays are most responsible for the DNA damage as they produce free radicals. From UVA rays you can protect yourself with a chemical sunblock. Most effective ingredients in the chemical sunblocks are Mexoril SX and Parsol 1789. UVB rays cause all sort of skin problems including basal cell carcinoma (BCC) - most common type cancer. Physical sunblocks stay on the skins surface like a barrier that reflects UVB rays. Good physical sunblocks must contain titanium dioxid or zinc oxide.
Any sunblock has a Sun Protection Factor (SPF) rating. The SPF rating shows how long a sunscreen remains effective on the skin. For example: if after 10 minutes without sunblock protection will cause a sunburn, then SPF 15 is effective for 150 minutes. Notice: not al products that have SPF 30 or even 60 offer a UVA protection.

Enriching Moisturizers

Mustorizers can not fight free radicals or protect from them. The only thing they do is to seal in the moisture and protect against harsh toxins. They also act as a temporary barrier, allowing damaged surface cells time to repair themselves.

Most moisturizers include humectants and emollients. Humectants are alpha hydroxy acids, lactic acid, DMAE, and others. They absorb water from the air and hold the moisture in the skin. Emollients are butyl stearate, glycerin, lanolin, mineral oil, petrolatum, and others. They smooth and lubricate rough skin. Emollients are either oil based or water based. Oil-based moisturizers have more staying power than water-based moisturizers do.

Moisturizers may include other ingredients as well, such as vitamins, antioxidants, minerals, plant extracts, and sunscreens. Antioxidants claim to boost skin's production of collagen and elastin. It is hard to say whether they actually do that. But, on the other hand, a moisturizer with the antioxidants is better than without.
