Penis Enlargement Myths

Like almost any other facet of our lives, penis enlargement has managed to gather in a not particularly long time a couple of stubborn myths. This is a good sign that people are taking a great deal of interest in penis enlargement.

Unfortunately, it's also a sign that some men are baffled by the inner workings of their own penises and so they try to explain these things in a way that makes sense to them. Their insights are adopted by other people who probably noticed the same things and failed to come up with their own explanations. This is how myths are born.

One good example is the myth that there are some special advanced moves that can help a man performing penis enlargement exercises to either get more inches than others or to see gains faster. There are no such special moves or routines that are guaranteed to give a man inches almost on demand.

Every man responds to exercises in a different manner and one has to change routines every once in a while because every routine becomes less and less effective as time passes. And there is no way to get inches ultra fast, unless you feel like braving the knife.

And there's another myth perpetuated by men who don't really know what they're talking about: surgery is the best and safest way to enlarge the penis. No way! No procedure that may leave ugly scars, cause loss of feeling in parts of the penis, fail completely or whose results don't last very long can be called "best and safest". Surgery is expensive, risky and once the knife starts cutting, there's no going back for better or for worse. Plus, surgery leaves the penis looking unnatural and unsightly (think bumps, uneven surfaces, loss of symmetry).

How about the idea that penis pumps are better than extenders? That's a good one. Most men who use pumps know that even careful use can get your blood clots, burst vessels or blisters. Not to mention the risk of having your testicles sucked into the pumps and squeezed for a bit. Now that has to hurt you something fierce.

There are also fears that, in time, the plastic ring located at the base of the pump may damage the ligaments holding the penis by crushing them during every session with the pump. Pumps are a bad idea and unlikely to enlarge your penis faster than an extender.

As you can see, myths tend to spring up everywhere, especially where you least expect them. And myths are fine, as long as they don't lead you to bad choices or bad actions. The best thing to do is to trust verified data and facts and leave the unexplained alone.
