Clothes Horror

The New Year has started and you are now looking at taking a spring break it may be skiing or may be someplace warm, no matter where you are going horror strikes. You just checked your wardrobe and find nothing seems to fit. The build up to the festive season has taken its toll and those few extra toasts at New Years have stayed on your hips.

What to do, you can't afford to go buy a new wardrobe, especially now with the credit crunch looming, and besides, you refuse to give in and buy the next size up. That just is not going to happen not matter what, you are definitely not going to give in to the bulge. But facing another diet is like going to war. You just can not get your head around it.

What is the point of being totally frustrated and unhappy because you are hungry and craving foods that are banned from your enjoyment? You want to indulge but knowing you are not allowed, you end up cheating and sneak comfort foods. You start thinking, "Why not, just this once won't hurt, besides I'll be good later". This then leads to another and another and before you know it by following this diet you have gained another 10 lbs. What joy, now your clothes really won't fit.

But all is not lost, you can still have your old body back and fit into your wardrobe and it is easier than you think. How you ask? Well it's the old saying "you are what you eat". But you eat healthy so it can not be that, but as healthy as you think you are eating, you could be eating your healthy foods the wrong way.

That's right there is a right and wrong way to eat food. Your body needs to be nourished but it needs to have the right food in the right amount in order to work correctly. Feeding your body incorrectly will only cause it to slow down, to become sluggish and the weight then piles on, because your body cannot burn it off.

Understanding your body and how it uses the foods you eat is the best way for you to be able to controlling your weight. The key is in the knowing. Knowing how the body works.

Ever wonder why after having say a pasta dinner with garlic bread, you feel lethargic and have trouble concentrating? Or if you go out for lunch then you feel you can not concentrate when you get back to work, you rather go curl up and have a sleep. This is because your body is being fuelled incorrectly.

Eating food should be a pleasure not a chore. Diets leave you feeling cheated or left out because you are not allowing yourself to eat the foods you want, and this leads to a frustrated, unhappy you, which then leads to more weight gain.

A diet is not the answer, learn the secret of eating for your body and become a healthier, slimmer you.
