Follow a plan - A plan is so powerful I coudln't even explain it here for you, it can be one of the most important things in not only fat loss and muscle gain but also pretty much anything you do in life, get yourself a solid plan and follow it until you have the body you desire.
Don't get lazy - Trust me when I say this, if you don't do anything, nothing will change! I can't make it any clearer than that, if you get lazy and can't push yourself to do what it takes then you will never achieve what you want and this is not what I want to happen, I want you to achieve your goals, so don't get lazy.
Stick it out - Too many people try to make excuses for themselves and for whatever reason they decide, they end up not even finishing what they plan to do, sure, you could come back and do it in six months time but that means you have to have the same body for the next six months also, stick it out until the end and you will be glad you did it.
