Set up an eating plan, A diet centered on meat, dairy products, white flour, white sugar, and refined cereals is not balanced.,. The moment you decide to make some changes in your diet in order to lose weight and/or gain health and fitness, the very first thought that probably pops into your head is: "What am I going to have to give up"? Your better of concentrating on what you need to eat, a diet full of unprocessed fish fruit vegetables and grains is not going to make you gain weight. And I will go as far as to say that you can probably eat as much salad no oil as you can and still lose weight. A strength training plan, cardiovascular plan, and a progress chart will keep you on track; keep accurate exercise logs to track fitness goals and strength gains.

Endurance, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and toughness that is what will be gained from a proper exercise program that you can stick to on a regular basis no matter what age you are. The best exercise is one that you are really and sincerely able to work at over a lifetime, be it body building, yoga, martial arts or exercises such as running, bicycling, or swimming, or a combination of all of the above Fitness can be split into two basic areas, first there is aerobic or cardiovascular fitness which is designed to give you a fitness workout to burn off calories & loose weight. Or weight bearing exercise to build strength and muscle mass usually a combination of the two will give you the best results.Anybody can become super fit over 40

In conclusion

When first starting out on a fitness lifestyle it is advised that You should see your doctor to get the okay and take it slowly, use only very light weights the first few weeks do some cardio walk 30 minutes four times a week for the first few weeks and slowly increasing the intensity as you become fitter is the way to begin.
