In this article I am going to pull back the curtain and exhibit the unvarnished truth about what happens when you quit smoking.

This will be invaluable info in your fight against the smoking addiction because you must know your enemy to be in a position to destroy him...

( I believe I may have read The Art of War too much latterly ;- )

Anyway...the reason that most of the people put off giving up is that they have a dread of the unknown, and can't face a life of longings and discomfort that is meant to come when you've stop smoking.

But I am here to tell you that it does not have to be like that...

People crave smoke because they don't truly assume they can give up. They sit there hours and just wait to give in.

This plays right into the hands of the smoking addiction because it removes your confidence, so there's a tiny voice inside your head that says you will don't ever give up.

I'm now going to give you the keys to the dominion. The way i was ready to go from 40 a day to nil, without any of the foolish patches or anything like that at all .

1. I was truly sick of smoking and feeling very sick, so I made the choice that like it or not I had smoked my last ciggie.

There was no doubt in my mind even though I knew I'd have longings for a fortnight. Simply deciding once and for all removes the power of the cravings.

2. I was happy to finally be a non-smoker and it filled me with joy each day to contemplate it.

So now you know the technique I used, let me take you through a few of the things which happen when i quit smoking.

Challenging stuff

- You will be afraid to see your chums if you typically smoke around them...but after your first night out staying smoke free, the sensation of attainment will turn into a big boost.

- You will begin to have dreams about smoking and wake up feeling like you have failed. But it is a great feeling to realize you're still on the wagon!

- you'll notice that you are feeling a little bit depressed for a few weeks. Notice that your body is just missing the Nicotine and that this feeling will pass quite shortly.

Good stuff

- You will find it simpler to get up in the morning.

- You will feel happier and more full of energy than every before.

- Your breath will be fresh and clean.

- You will have more cash in your pocket.

- You will have bigger self-confidence knowing that you're in charge of your own destiny.

- Food will taste better than it has in years.

Final thoughts

I could go on about how great it is to be a non-smoker for hours but that won't help you.

Now you know what can be expected from giving up, it'll take away the alarmed feeling that keeps so many people smoking for years.
