The Easiest Way To Boost Your Level Of Attraction
The process is great for people who don't particularly like 'meditating' as such or just don't have the time to fit any in. As mentioned it is best used at the start of the day.
I shall briefly outline the method here but remember it is up to you to fine tune it for your own desires and circumstance.
Firstly, as soon as you wake up in the morning start thinking about the things in your life that you are thankful for. Just go ahead and make a mental list of all the things in your life that you have to be happy about.
They don't have to be particularly revolutionary but they do have to be true for you. My list goes something like: my good health, the birds singing outside, my sister's pregnancy, my parents, the beautiful countryside, mum's great cooking and so on...
It is really easy to do. As thoughts attract alike thoughts you should be able to make quite a mental list relatively easily. Just imagine that special person, situation or thing in your minds eye and just be thankful for it.
Let the feeling of gratefulness for these things fill your mind and your body. If you do this you will find it hard not to feel happy. I suggest you continue this thought process as you go about your 'getting-up' routine. As you make this a habit it will enable you to start each day feeling happy.
However to take this a step further and to really sky rocket your level of attraction, once you are in that state of gratefulness 'switch' your thoughts to the things you wish to attract into your life. Yes, this is the moment to imagine yourself driving that new car, jetting off to New York ona spending spree, scoring that winning goal or whatever else it is you want.
You see this feeling of gratefulness sends out the vibration of already having the things you are thankful for. Therefore applying this feeling to the things you currently want will create the feeling of already having those things also.
This will in turn allow you to utilise the 'Law of Attraction'each and everyday as you will be giving off the vibration to the universe of already having the things on your wish list.
I urge you to be open-minded and just give this a go. As you switch your thoughts from the things you have to the things you desire really see yourself owning those things or in that particular situation. Imagine exactly how it feels, looks, or even smells to be having those experiences or possessions. Hold on to that feeling and make it your own.
Following this process regularly allows you to constantly submit your desires to the universal mind. Universal mind will deliver back to you exactly that which you is on your vibrational level. Why? because it is the law and never fails to work.
This is the first of a three step process which allows you to create your own reality. In it's briefest form it can be summarised as:
1) Ask
2) Believe
3) Receive
Remember, nobody else has control over the thoughts that are held in your mind, only you. Do you want to use them to attract the things you want in life or would you rather let your thoughts drift aimlessly. Right now you have a choice...would you like to start making your wishes come true or not? Because you CAN make them reality and you CAN live a wealthy and abundant life by utilising the power of positive thinking as outlined here. Now over to you.
