Investors are constantly upgrading their investing knowledge by attending seminars or courses so that they are not left out by the industry. There is no secrets of becoming a real estate bird dog and it is not difficult to become one. It is also possible to start your bird dogging services without quilting your day job! However, you must be committed and consistent in terms of taking action if you want to be successful in the business
