The city night lights are pulsating and the bars are crowded with young college men and women, or office workers off from the day's work. Closed circuit television show young criminals in the act of brutalizing the elderly, forcing victims into their cars, withdrawing cash using stolen ATMs, robbing mom and pop stores, and vandalizing public property.

Criminals in Waiting

These gangs primarily prey on rival gangs but won't hesitate to hurt innocent people if they believe that due respect is not given them. New recruits are the most violent in their eagerness to show proof they can commit atrocious crimes.

They murder, steal, sell drugs, rob, and maul their victims. Some of them have been identified in lineups because of the evidence in closed circuit television viewing. If not for these surveillance cameras, the identities of the attackers would never be known.
