A trip to the sub-tropical paradise of Byron Bay in early August will be greatly enhanced by a visit to the 7th annual music festival held there over the first weekend. Yes, it's time for Splendour in the Grass again, with such rich offerings as Powderfinger, Lily Allen, Arctic Monkeys, Grinspoon, Hilltop Hoods, The Dirty Three and many more including the English, new wave rock band from Leeds, Kaiser Chiefs.
In partnership with Climate Change, Splendour in the Grass organisers are offering 'green' tickets this time - for a little more money you can be sure of reducing the greenhouse emissions caused by travel to and from the venue.
