People, women especially are always on the lookout for new processes and techniques to look young and ageless. Fortunately, you don't need to spend thousands of dollars to get the young look you ever wanted and keep. Time is unrelenting and aging is inevitable but if you follow some of these tips, you'll be able to age beautifully and gorgeously.
• Drink LOTS of water
Water gets those harmful toxins out of your system thus, leaving you with healthy, clear skin. You need to drink at least 8 glasses of water each day if you want to achieve a positive result. By drinking plenty of water, you will feel less bloated and you also prevent dehydration. Dehydration causes you to age faster so better replenish yourself with water every chance you get.
• Exercise regularly
Keep moving. Whether it's just strolling at the park or going window shopping, the important thing is you stay active. Don't forget to bring your pepper spray or stun gun with you when doing your daily walks though. Physical activities not only make you feel and look young, it will also do wonders for your health. Nothing is more aging than seeing those white hairs on your crowning glory. Your hair and your hairstyle play a major part in making you feel younger. Get the proper care rather than bleaching and straightening it too often. Trim your hair every four to six weeks to get rid of split and brittle ends. Condition your hair so it will remain soft and manageable. You can still look sexy with your gray hair. It's all up to you to make the difference.
• Live a healthy lifestyle
Eat the right food and stay away from vices such as smoking and drinking. Maintain a healthy diet consisting of fruits and vegetables as well as healthy fats. Smoking and drinking excessively not only damages your health but will also be visible on your lackluster skin.
