Do Penis Exercises Really Work?

Can you see yourself doing that?

Between us, do penis exercises really work?

The lure of the larger, wider and harder penis have been with us for as long and as far back in history as you would care to go. For an example, the idealized statues of the Roman and Greek Gods show men in their best setting, no flab there. Their rock hard abdomen with bands of muscle defining the stomachs and thighs but with, Oh No, alas, small penises!

Are we doomed to have the penises that we were born with? Nothing else? Does this mean that we will never have a chance at that "porn star type of penis?" But can we build a larger penis then the one that we were born with?

I'll bet that you were waiting for this answer.

Yes I believe that having a longer, wider and harder penis is achievable and it is possible to begin seeing results in a shorter time then you realize, but along with that good news is the caveat that you must really be careful and follow strict guidelines of exercises, warm-ups, yes we do have warm ups although not what you think of as warm ups, and resting periods. Why do I say this in all seriousness? Because the penis, wonderful organ though it is, is constructed of very specialized tissue and not muscle. This means that you will get more from the exercises if you follow periods of activity with rest days. Like any tissue, resting and recuperation of the multitude of cells that make up the tissue will be much healthier if the basic cellular activities are permitted to continue unimpeded by activity. I do not mean this to be a tutorial on the basic cellular level but cells do require a certain amount of rest which will permit them to re-change energy levels, etc. Take my word for it, cellular tutorials although fascinating can put you to sleep rather quickly.

All the really professional programs on the Internet, like the ones at Penis Health encourage you to follow strict guidelines when beginning because they know that the majority of injuries occur in the first two months of exercising.. So be alert and take it slow. You are not in competition with anyone. Give your body time to rest and adapt to the exercises.

I suggest that for the beginner you follow this time sequence, two days of exercises and one day of rest. At that point you should know whether you can continue following that format or not. If you have any doubts make sure that you seek competent medical advice. A little bit of soreness is expected- pain is not. If you have any doubts contact a physician immediately.

Normally the basic regimen starts with a hot wrap around the head and shaft of the penis avoiding the scrotum. Do this for about 4-6 minutes at the beginning. Then a manual stretch of the penis. Follow the guidelines of your program. They will show you through videos how to do this. You can follow that with an exercise known as Jelq'ing which is manually increasing the blood pressure to the glans (head of the penis) thus adding more blood and tissues, vascular to the penis. Each of these exercises are repeated a certain number of times just as you would do for any exercise. You would then finish with another hot wrap around the penis .

Some experts then add an exercise known as the Kegel Maneuver which is an exercise using the muscle that impedes the flow of urine. Clenching and unclenching the muscle on a repetitive basis can add to sexual performance although not directly to the size of the penis. Some of the benefits of working this muscle group are: to help men in maintaining control of erections and ejaculations, increases the flow of blood to the penis and probably most important aids men in preventing premature ejaculation. A definite boon to all men.

So, yes, a good penis exercise program can add length, width and aid in adding hardness to this most important organ of the body.

Finally, a last word of advice. Take it easy and take it slow. You are not in any competition with anyone and only have to please yourself. And above all, find a reputable program and follow their guidelines.
