Love Language
There are so mnay different languages in the world; however, there is one that is understood by all. Love is the universal language. You may be able to speak "whale" (Finding Nemo), but that's not nearly as impressive as speaking the language of love which may not even need words. After all love is an ENERGY, not an audible sound.
Did you take the trash out without having been asked? Did you pick up the dishes even though your program was starting on TV? Do you THINK in terms or what might help "others", and particularly those significant others (spouses, family, strangers)?
Caroline Myss said, "We have reached a point in our evolution that requires us to learn to speak 'energy' fluently. I took four years of high school Frecnh and three of Spanish and yet I can only remember a few words. Better than speaking either language fluently is the free flow of a love language. Emmanuel added, "Human love is not a substitute for spiritual love. It is an extension of it."
In essence one can't say I love God, but it's the people I can't stand!
Proof of your lvoe for the One who created you is that you treat His other creations as sacred, precious, and worthy of your compassion and attention. Obi-Wan Kenobi told Luke Skywalker to "Go with the Force" and that force emmanates from the HEART! The great magical force that holds the world together is LOVE. One doesn't have to go to far into Biblical doctrine to hear that God is LOVE.
Bingo! The WHO that holds the world together is also the WHAT!
Would you be described as "good hearted", maybe "cold hearted", or a heart warming person to be around? We've put too much emphasis on the clothes one wears, the position they hold, the money they possess, or the physical power of a young physique. There's nothing wrong with any of those unless they're not attached to an energy of love.
We've been way too "brain-focused" when it's the HEART that holds the seat of power. The HEART does possess a subtle energy that influences not only our life, but others, and it is FREE of the rules that limit other forms of energy. Tap into it after you've finished reading this- the LOVE LANGUAGE. In other words, REST! Hear. BE!
And then go SERVE someone! Many someones!
