It is true that the property market in Spain has witnessed phenomenal growth along its beautiful Southern coastline from the Costa Brava to the Costa del Azahar and from the Costa Blanca to the Costa del Sol. Much of Spain is mountainous, and it is fair to say that in many regions the Spanish have yet to catch up with the UK when it comes to provisions for those with wheelchairs and disabilities, particularly when it comes to public access and mobility issues.
