I wanted to take the time to share with you some muscle weight gain strategies that can help you put on more muscle in less time. It's been almost a decade since I start lifting and in that time I've learned a lot of little things that can make you successful. Most information out there that can help you is extremely generalized and flat out wrong.  It seems the best educational tool for most people are infomercials and that really isn't going to get you anywhere. I'm going to show you what you're going to need to do to experience more muscle weight gain.

When it comes to muscle weight gain, the diet is the most important thing to getting the job down. Your muscles don't grow because you have a good workout, they grow because you provide the right nutrition for them to grow. Most people don't do enough to help grow muscles with their diet. One easy thing you can do is cut out all the processed foods you eat. All these foods are full of chemicals you probably can't even pronounce. They actually slow down the process of growing muscles, which makes them totally useless to you. Stick with real food that hasn't been tampered with.

The working out part is a lot easier than you think. There really isn't much too it. Most people spend an hour or more in the gym and that is useless. Most of the resources your body has are depleted very quickly. The key is to have a short workout, but make it extremely intense, so that your muscles have so much stress on them, they have to grow. I only workout for around 7 minutes, but it is extremely intense and works.
