One might think over the idea as to why there arises a need to switch to a vegetarian diet although we have been consuming meat and animal products our whole life, they became a part of our daily routine and we got dependent over it, so why now?

There could be several reasons to alter the diet. One of the most important is the consideration of changes in our health and physical appearance. Do we feel energetic and alive or tired and apathetic?

Considering general health, we always try to keep our blood pressure, cholesterol level and blood sugar level normal. So the question arises, are they on a normal scale when we are on meaty diet? What we feel after we're done eating? Does it feel right as if our body was worth that appetite or contrary to it? Do we find energy in that food, or still we are tired and need some rest?

Laziness and less active should be the result after eating food, it should make us active and all charged up for the rest of the day. Humans are just like car, they require quality fuel for its proper running and performance, and if we will be fat with all those health parameters on very fatal and risky points, we would be just like a car without proper tuning and high quality fuel. Just like a car's engine our body also needs good quality diet and a healthy one too. But if we will continue to eat fatty products and meat, we won't get the efficiency and life-long guarantee of ourselves.
