Stock Trading as a Profession

The art of stock trading is so unique like any other job. You can trade whenever you like, as long as you like, anywhere in the world as long as there is internet connection. You're in control of your own decisions, don't have a boss breathing down your neck, the positives are endless.

Trading is probably one of the easiest things to get into, but to become successful is totally different. To become a doctor, lawyer, surgeon, you have to go through years of studying to gain the qualification and then work in the industry, but in trading all you need is a minimal start up capital, brokers account and your ready to start. This is why the majority of traders after 6 months have blown their account. This is generally down to the lack of trading knowledge.

Whatever the outcome of a trade is, you are responsible for it.

Get a pen and paper and write down the emotions you feel while in a trade and the effects it has on your decision making. See trading as a profession. This is your passion, love, become diligent and perfect you art. Practice makes perfect. The only way you will get better is by putting in time and effort. In trading, we have a saying, you are either consistent or non-existent. Focus and you will be rewarded with success in the future.

You can do it because I have.
