• Wrap furniture with blankets or bubble wrap. Secure padding to furniture. Don't use tape directly on your furniture surfaces. Remove legs of furniture if possible.
• Pack electronic and electrical items separately such as computer, refrigerators, televisions, CD/DVD players, VCRs etc. While packing these items use original packaging materials.
• Pack books in small cartons. And tightly wind up tape them.
• Pack kitchenware and dishes in small boxes or cartons with papers and bubble wrap.
• Consume up gas cylinder if possible.
• Consume up edible items if possible.
• Pack boxes and cartons completely full. And make tight with tapes.
• Mark boxes with markers to be easily identified. Write name of packed items on the boxes. Write "Fragile" on the boxes in which you have packed fragile and breakable items. Write "Garments" on the boxes of garments, and so on.
• At last take a look up of your list of items and make sure that you are not missing anything to pack.
• Inform your movers and packers company for your preparation and take a date for moving day.
