Quick Ways To Make Money
So here is my contribution to your financial cause, here are some quick ways to make money that anyone can use:
The easiest way to sell is to find a hungry crowd and then give them what they want.. what better crowd than a group of thirsty people on a hot day? Cold drinks will sell themselves! Grab yourself a cooler and some cans of pop and you can charge a premium price for the service while being hailed as a hero! One of the quickest ways to make some money in my book!
Another method is to clean windows, all you need is a squeegee, sponge, bucket, ladder and some cleaning fluid. Make sure you practice on your own windows first to get the technique, but you can charge £1 per window easily and that soon adds up over a day!
This is one of my favourite quick ways to make money - if you know how to connect and use a TV, DVD player, hard drive recorder etc then congratulations, you have a marketable skill! Most people who buy these do not have a clue so you can make some quick money. Team up with all the local retailers of electronic goods in the area and tell them to give out your details to everyone who buys something, in return if you get the work you give them 25% of the money. Then when someone rings just set it up, check it works and then show them how to quickly use it, they will be delighted and you can easily charge £20 for an hour or two.
I couldn't talk about quick ways to make money without mentioning eBay, lets face it, eBay is a revolution and is a fantastic money spinner. My favourite trick is to go to carboot sales and looks for old books, go near the end of the bootsale when everyone wants to go home and offer a ridiculous price for a whole box of books someone has like £1. Most of the time they will say yes as they want to get rid of them before they go. Now look for the ones selling well on eBay and put them on there, take some of the others to a used book store and watch your profits soar!
For each of these ideas then it your responsibility to look after the tax issues and any health and safety issues (like window cleaning on a ladder…) so please think about them before you start.
