How to Stop Your Breakup - Stop Breakup Even if it Seems Impossible

Perhaps you have just broken up with your lover and your have the following questions, "How to stop your breakup when you are the only one trying? Is it really possible or should I just give up and move on? Is he/she still interested? Is it worth trying?"

Well, the good news is that it is indeed possible to save most relationships even if they seem impossible. Couples have gotten back together in the most unlikely situation, whether you believe it or not. They range from affairs, long lost love or even abuse.

Or course, I am not encouraging you to go back to a relationship if abuse is involved. This is just to illustrate that it is indeed possible to get your ex back regardless of the situation.

To decide whether you want to give up or move on, perhaps, the first thing you will want to do is to work on your emotional state first, for obvious reasons.

First, when you are in a negative emotional state, you are likely to be confused and will usually not make the right decision. Therefore, it is better that you allow yourself at least one month to heal your emotions and to think things through.

It is best that if possible, try not to meet your ex for the next one month. Seeing your ex can make you think of unhappy memories. If it is impossible because both of you happen to be classmates or colleague, then you will still want to remain friendly.

Do not pretend not to see him/her. You still want to smile and say hi. But do not engage in any conversation unless necessary. Just briefly say hi and continue doing your own things.

Also, try to get rid of things that will make you think of your ex. Of course, you do not need to throw them away and you probably do not want to do that. Just keep them out of sight. Keep them in a cupboard or some other places where you will not see them.

Some good ways to relieve your emotion include having some exercises, confiding with a trusted friend or even crying in the privacy of your own room. These are all quite effective methods and you may want to try them out.

Once you are in a better emotional state, you will be in a better position to decide whether you still want to stop break up or just want to move on in life. Whatever decision you make, believe that life will become better for you and it will. You can live happily whether you are attached or single.
