How to Create a Bad Essay: Closing it Poorly

There are times that no matter how hard you try, you still come up with bad essays. Although you did not intentionally write it in that way but this can't be avoided also. It might be that you are not doing things in the right way. It is very annoying to have bad essays as it can affect your reputation as a person. Also, this kind of an essay can make your credibility down especially when you are a college student or a professional in some working field. Your performance as a writer could not be accepted by a lot of people.

Your readers just your work since they are the once you read your writings and critic something about it. When your concept is somewhat unclear and your grammar is a way too low, then they will surely junk your work and can make you far from possible opportunities that will come your way.

Although those things are very common to a lot of new beginner writers, there are a lot of bad topics that can make your essay bad. Some people wouldn't like to read about it and would like to discuss something about these bad stuffs.

Bad essays can be of any form as long as the result can always make your readers unsatisfied about your work and won't even like it. You have to be very careful with your topic. Don't talk more about those unnecessary stuffs which are really a boring one. Also, you have to keep in mind always that your writings must be suitable to a lot of people depending on their age and status in life.

While you can, technically, end an essay anyway you fancy, you might want to reconsider. Regardless of how good the rest of your work is, poor ending can dampen the impact that it leaves on your readers (yes, even if you're writing software deemed it impeccable). Imagine putting in all that hard work to fashion a masterful argument, only to end it on a forgettable note.

Age-Old Advice

Back when I was going to school, we were told that we needed to start off our essays strong to draw the reader in, construct a solid argument in the body and punctuate it with a strong ending to leave an indelible impression. My teacher then couldn't have been more right. A powerful ending, in no uncertain terms, will likely be responsible for keeping your ideas in your readers' minds.

Bad Ways

Like everything else that has to do with writing, there are bad ways to end your essays. Two of the worst I've seen involve either stopping without any real ending or ending it with a context that can be skipped without any loss.

When you stop abruptly after you've laid out the details, you leave the reader to tie everything you've written together. Unfortunately for you, most of them won't and will likely finish the piece feeling like something was missing. Ending it with a boring context, on the other hand, is like an invitation for the reader to be apathetic. Guess what? Most of them will accept and will simply don't care.
