Well, if you are in this situation, the question I need to ask you is, "How long have you broken up with your girlfriend?"

If you have just broken up with your girlfriend a few days ago, it is not unusual that she is ignoring you. Most probably, she doesn't feel ready to talk to you yet. Therefore, it is best not to push her too hard. Give her some space. Don't call her during this period.

So, you might as well give her the time to think things through. You will need this time for yourself too. Maybe one month will be a good period of time. After that, try contacting your girlfriend again. She might pick up the phone.
