Belly fat loss is a major concern for anyone who is conscious about their health and looks.
The matter of fact, we all are concerned to lose stomach fats and shape our bodies. However, losing belly fat and body weight in general, requires implementing some important aspects, such as, workout and health eating. The thing is, and as mentioned earlier..focusing most of your time and energy on either abdominal workout or dieting alone will not bring you a flat stomach and ripped 6-pack abs. You will be just wasting your time from doing the right workout programs that will get rid of the body fat for the good.

These kind of FULL body exercises have a higher percentage of the workouts that I would follow instead of directly targeting the abdominal part.

Don't take this in the wrong way, the effect of exercising the whole body; unconsciously work your abdominal part.

The most important part when considering losing belly fat and get abs lies on the way you eat and what you eat! If you eat alot of junk food, then you will never see the abs that you always wanted. Because your stomach will be full of junk.

To sum up,
Please don't waste your time on leg raises, sit-ups and all those old school methods. You need to put your attention on full body exercise (such as lifting) and combined workouts (multi joint workouts) that effectively burns fats of your belly and your body as a whole.
