You may have the ability to email people individually or write your own articles, but if you feel that you want more quality time to yourself, these are responsibilities you can delegate. They must be reliable.
The people you hire may be talented, but if they flake on deadlines and are not able to deliver as they promised, you will be at a losing end. You will also find that while other people are good at making first impressions, they do not have the capacity to maintain the good impression.
As a potential employer, informal as the setting may be, you must have a bit of psychological knowledge and be able to determine which people are worth outsourcing and which people are worth thanking for their time.
They must be available.
This is also very important. If the person you are intending to delegate your task to is not available for the job, then you will just have to find another person.
