It's a simple question but 'Are you better than yesterday?' What I'm trying to say is that are you getting closer to achieving your goals as the days go by? You do have goals don't you?
Are you pushing yourself forward and trying to achieve more than the day before. All it takes is small steps but those small steps will push you forward and before you know it your achievements will both surprise and amaze you.
Set yourself a small goal to achieve each day, write 500 words of content for your blog, research some keywords to help people find your blog in the search engines, just by doing these small tasks instead of watching the television for half an hour really will make all of the difference to your progress.
Just to give you that extra push I would recommend reading a motivational book for 15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes before you go to sleep. By motivational I mean anything that gets your juices flowing, it may be an autobiography about someone who has overcome adversity to achieve great thing in their life or it may be something like the Napoleon Hill classic, Think and Grow Rich.
It doesn't matter what it is, as long as it gets you moving and those 15 minutes twice a day will make all of the difference.
So, next time you feel that you just can't be bothered, step back and think how great you will fee when you have completed that little something that will move you further towards your goals.
