Nuclear Power Or Solar Power, The Choice is Ours

I live in Texas where we enjoy big blue skies and lots and lots of sunshine all year. So why is it that less than 1/2 of 1% of America's electricity comes from solar power? We have enough sunshine in the southwestern states to provide electricity for the whole country.

I understand that solar power has been too expensive for mass production in the past, but now we have a choice. Now it's affordable for everyone. It's time to let everyone know it's available!

The news here locally has been filled with talk of building more nuclear plants in Texas. Even if I lived somewhere else, I wouldn't want any more nuclear plants anywhere. It's just not necessary and it doesn't make sense.

The sun provides enough energy to the Earth in one hour to supply all of our energy needs for an entire year! Now we can tap into this power stream for the same or less than we pay for dirty electricity. Who wouldn't want to do that?

Residential energy production was the number one cause of pollution in the U.S. last year. One thing each of us can do right now to change this is obtain our electricity from a clean, renewable source like solar power.

Until now, solar power has been too expensive and too complicated. The average person had to pay about $40,000 to put solar panels on their home. They were also responsible for installing it, maintaining the equipment, getting permits, and more. No wonder you don't see more solar panels on the roofs in your neighborhood.

One solar power company is stepping up to the plate and launching a huge mission to upgrade America to solar power. This company is building the world's largest solar power manufacturing plant and gearing up to install solar panels on 100,000 residential homes per year not to mention the commercial and industrial sector.

Finally, solar power is affordable for our homes. How would you like to save on your electric bill while supporting a better solution? Best to reserve your system early. When word of this gets out, there will be waiting lines to get your solar system installed. But you can get ahead of the crowds by reserving your system now.

You can expect to hear a lot more about this in the coming months. I just thought you might like to know a little sooner than the rest. There is more to this than meets the eye and lots of information available if you're interested.

I urge you to add your voice to the many who are not going to stand for more nuclear and coal plants. Our numbers are growing and it's up to us to turn the tide towards renewable energy resources. Our planet and our future depends on it.
