Public Speaking So Valuable
What is the reason they speak?
Why is it so important for them to be heard?
Where do we go after the seminar, WHEN THE conference is over?
What did we walk away with?
Can we apply the 2-8 hours to our reality?
Did we enjoy the event fully?
Were we focused?
Did we feel uplifted?
Where WAS the connection?
These are the most important questions we must address not to others but to US "THE SPEAKERS"
How can we be different? ORIGINAL? UNIQUE and most importantly REQUESTED TO COME BACK FOR MORE AND MORE
There are several key notes I must share with you and I hope that this message is loud and clear but most importantly will it reach your feelings?
1. Don't only share with the audiences; your story, your success, and your challenges
2. Listen to the story of the people sitting in front of you
3. Ask questions and connect
4. Build a true relationship with your audience
5. Do not introduce something that just sounds right
6. Take breaks with music and recharge the audience and yourself
7. Present fruits and delightful drinks
8. Give the audience enough time for notes ( do not rush with too much material ) space it
9. Show them the baby steps
10. Express your enthusiasm and attract them to it softly with CLEAN PASSION AND LOVE
11. Don't always address the "MONEY TOPIC" AS IT WAS EVERYTHING
12. Share with the audience the foundation to "SUCCESS" = Fulfillment
13. Give them something to walk away with - they can practice on their own
14. Let each and every individual listening to you understand how they can tailor the tools to their own lives, routines, agenda
15. Present ORIGINALITY - not THE ONE SIZE FITS ALL SOLUTION
16. Remember, everyone is SPECIAL
17. Be there for them when support is needed - follow up
When one becomes a true people lover, AND understands the beauty of everyone out there, the imperfection, the hidden talents, the skills never shown and the lack of confidence born when they were kids too, that is when a true speaker can connect perfectly with the audiences and keep the relationship strong and healthy for many years.
SPEAKERS are not born. True speakers become speakers by choice to share the purpose and the gifts they have encountered in the course of their lives with the audiences. Nothing else should matter. The reason to enlighten others and share with others what they know in a noble way. THAT IS THE COLOR OF A SPEAKER, A BRIGHT COLOR WITHOUT SHADES.
Let words speak without a voice. They will be heard when the essence is PURE like the cleanest water in a small creek with lots of happy fish swimming together while the sun is shinning through bringing a kind warm feeling to our hearts and souls at the same time.
