Flir Thermacam Ex320 Ir Infrared Thermal Imaging Camera
The FLIR ThermaCAMÂ(r) EX320 has been built to provide the first ultra-portable, low cost, infrared camera with the extremely high imaging capability and superior performance you can only get from units costing four or five times more. With a true, built-in 320 x 240 pixel array, you get four times the resolution of any IR camera in its size and price range. The EX320 is the most accurate handheld IR camera on the market today. Using the world's best infrared detector material, vanadium oxide, the EX320 sees temperature differences as small as 0.08°C and provides 76,800 picture elements in each image. The FLIR EX320 also affords the luxury of being rugged and ergonomic at the same time. It's built tough for hard work out in the field and in all weather conditions and industrial environments, a critical design capability. Being dust and splash proof, it fully meets IP54 standards and unlike other cameras that might be "lab calibrated," the EX320 won't seize-up in freezing cold, extreme heat or other harsh conditions. Its exclusive Ambient Temperature Compensation (ATC) technology assures accuracy under the most challenging environmental temperature conditions. ThermaCAM's QuickViewâ„¢ software, and standard USB or serial cables, allows the user to quickly download thermal images, with measurements, to a desktop or laptop computer. Document your findings simply by inserting the JPEG images into your favorite word processing program. Recall more than 80 calibrated thermal images using the camera's on-board memory. The EX300's radiometric JPEG image format allows users to go back to any image at any time to add and move spots, measure temperatures, and perform analysis you may have missed in the field. With this software, the EX300 can detect problems before they become critical, helping in increased safety, reduced production downtime, and eliminated potential hazards. Exclusive only to the EX320 are text annotation which lets you store predefined text notes with each image. Three (3) movable spots including area maximum temperature, area minimum temperature, area average temperature difference, and a color alarm above or below the average. It also carries an additional IEC rating of 359. In general use, FLIR's built-in Laser LocatIRâ„¢ projects a bright red dot on the target which enables the user to associate the IR image with the real physical target. This greatly enhances worker safety by eliminating the tendency to "finger point" at problems in potentially hazardous electrical environments. There are also Interchangeable Optics EX320 optional lenses including: Telescopic, ideal for inspecting distant targets such as overhead power lines, and Wide-Angle, which more than doubles the standard field-of-view, for evaluating large objects from a short distance, such as roofs and electrical panels. Smart Power long life Lithium-Ion batteries assure uninterrupted inspections and the EX320 includes an external 2-bay battery charger and an internal battery charger. A 12 VDC car/truck charger adapter is also available.
