Are you one of the millions if not billions of people who find it difficult to get through each day? Do you feel that you are always stressed out and that perhaps too much pressure is put on your shoulders? Around a year ago I would have certainly answered yes to both of these questions, however I am now a lot more content with life as I have managed to find some solutions to my stress issues. I will be writing about these solutions in this article.

There are many aspects of life which generally cause people stress. In the main these are related to work, relationships with members of the opposite sex, friendships or even financial.

From a personal perspective I have had problems with all of these areas over the last few years and it often seems that just when I have dealt with lets say a financial worry that one of my friends starts to cause me some kind of stress.

I am the type of person who wants every aspect of my life including the above to be perfect one hundred percent of the time. This of course is basically impossible and when things start to go wrong this is when I start to stress out. I am my own worst critic and tend to blame myself, I have to say that at times I am very hard on myself.

I have now realised that instead of constantly beating myself up, I need to relax a little. I also need something in my day to look forward to, which I can then focus my thoughts on when I start to become stressed.

At the end of a long day I can not wait to get tucked up in bed and therefore I decided to make going to bed my thing to look forward to. I now have around ten cushions placed in the bed which I then cuddle up to and which keep me all warm and snug. I also have numerous pillows to add to my comfort.

I often think that soon it will be bed time, a place where I am very comfortable and feel very safe and this helps me to cope and get through the stresses of each day.

I also have a belief in God and I now think that all these issues or problems are basically a test from God and that for me to be able to pass the test I will need to have a lot of courage and belief. Stressing about the test will only make that test harder to pass.
