Eating yogurt daily can also help to prevent and clear up yeast infection, according to some. In a nutshell, by practicing simple hygiene like washing your hands, washing your laundry daily including your underwear, you can avoid yeast infection. By understanding the cause, detecting the symptoms early and treating them as early as possible, you can avoid suffering as it is not a pleasant experience.
