This was a very convenient way to trace the proceedings of the nanny with our children. Everything was perfectly alright for a few days after hiring the nanny. But gradually after a few days she started showing her true colors. She started misbehaving with my son and also used to finish up all the snacks and milk which I would keep for my son. She would behave very nicely with my daughter as she knew that she would report us everything in the evening. But she was creating the trouble with my son who could not even still talk. She was immediately fired from her work a new nanny was appointed. The same procedure was tried on the new nanny also but this one was a very honest one and then everything was going on perfectly alright.
