If you orgasm easily from masturbation, you may have gotten used to such stimulation. Guiding your partner to your erogenous zones may help solve the problem.

6. Fear of Intimacy.

You may be afraid of letting go entirely in the presence of your partner. This fear may be embedded in your subconscious. Building trust with your partner can help you feel comfortable sharing intimate sexual experiences with her.

7. Fear from other causes.

If you are afraid of getting your partner pregnant or are otherwise inhibited by religious guilt, you may find it difficult to attain orgasm. You may find that oral sex or masturbation often lead you to orgasm. You may get relief in such instances from sex therapy.
