1. Decrease you overall number of calories.

Make sure that you eat healthy and do lots of exercise to carry that healthy look - or else your efforts will go down the drain.
2. Eat 4-6 small meals per day.

4. Eat good quality protein, good carbs, and healthy fats.
While having small meals, never forget the basics of healthy food: protein, carbohydrates, and healthy fats. It's important to keep a healthy figure, as well as good abs. For protein, you may opt to eat chicken breast, chicken, turkey, fish, etc. Meanwhile, choose the best carbohydrate foods that go with whole grain and other things such as oatmeal and brown sugar. They make a good supplement to your diet; which allows your body to wok your body and energy for digestion. As for healthy fats, you may eat fish, since Omega 3's are found in them.
