Okay so allow me to encourage you to think outside the box a little bit. Network marketer and superheroes. Other than the mythical abilities of the heroes in the comic are we really all that different. In my opinion I don't think so. Most of us who are professional business owners in internet marketing are striving to give value and provide legit information to individuals who know little or nothing about marketing. Some Of us are even willing to work with persons personally to help new distributors build their businesses in network marketing. I would say this pretty much sounds like a hero to me. We are motivated by many reasons. Some of us are motivated to be heroes in our trade by leaders in network marketing whom we look up to and are compelled to fulfill the same purpose. Sometimes to lead and be a hero we need to attend to other peoples needs before we can asses our own. I believe in most cases this is what it means to be a hero. If your not that business leader yet you may feel a little unsettling with that notion. This article is specifically being made to highlight on some of the toxic train of thought an internet marketer goes through when being a hero doesn't seem like the number one on the everyday to-do list. Lets briefly look at some comparisons between some of the characteristics that come with the last son of krypton and a Super MLM marketer. We are going to be examining some of the things that have and can hold an online marketer back from their development in network marketing. The kryptonites that I will be referring to will be negative thoughts and emotions online marketers may have towards their business. These in a sense will be the toxic behaviors and habits that haunt a new home based business owner in network marketing. And again we are going to be making a lot of comparisons between home based business owners and superman.
The Most Lethal Kryptonite. Green.
This particular kryptonite has been the bane of superman's existence since he first made his appearance to dc comics back in the 1950's. As seen in the movies, TV shows, and comic books that relate to superman this is the kryptonite that can literally kill superman. Now lets make a comparison between this and a real life situation that happens with a super mlm marketer in network marketing. The question is what is our kryptonite and how can it kill our business. Of course this particular weakness will not kill us literally but it will kill our business before it has a chance to expand. This weakness is not having access to the proper training and learning resources to make ourselves formidable entrepreneurs in the industry of network marketing. 99% on internet marketers who are involved in network marketing are trying to make money through trial and error, guessing or using old marketing techniques that have no bearing in today's fast pace and fast growing home based business industry. This specific kryptonite relates to the lack of a specific blueprint and grand design of successful methods to help us grow our business quickly and easily in such a competitive and complicated industry. This is the kryptonite that forces most "supermlmers" to self- destruct and terminate their business for they even have the opportunity to make a decent first impression in the business of network marketing.
The Red Kryptonite Mindset.
This is basically a case where the network marketer in network marketing has access to all the proper tools and training available yet feels unmotivated. It happens to all of us at some point. A point where we are not taking our business as serious as we should be. This is also an attitude were everything that is being done is strictly for yourself and not for the common good of others. I was one of those people who adopted this mentality when I first started off in network marketing. I too wanted to be successful in the quickest amount of time as possible. I wanted a magic bullet rather than putting myself in the position of leadership in network marketing. I have signed some people up into my business who have not been so fortunate to break out of this toxic mindset as I have and have failed. They key to combating this problem is to stay motivated. Surround yourself with people who are ambitious and do want to make something out of their life as well. Think to yourself about what moved you to look at setting up a network marketing business for success. Read some self motivation book and surround yourself with positive people who want to push you in the correct direction. Keep a close eye on the big time movers and shakers in network marketing so you can keep your focus on what your primary goal is towards your business. The
Silver Kryptonite And The Remedy For It.
The silver kryptonite may not be the most lethal to deal with in terms of killing your business. It is none the less the worst to work with. According to the DC comic mythology this kryptonite make superman extremely fearful. I will outline briefly what might be the cause for this sudden fear that takes over the mind of new distributors in the industry. Fear of not making or possibly losing money. The fear of failing in your business before progressing. Fear that it maybe too expensive in order to learn the proper way to do network marketing online. Fear of leading instead of following. Luckily the solution for this is obvious. This kryptonite needs to be approached with the same solutions applied to the red kryptonite. Consistency and having a very strong ambitious drive is what will get you far as well as having an network marketing plan for success that simplifies the learning curve of internet marketing.
