Yeah right - how can we when they're doing such a fabulous job rubbing in how fat and ugly we are and how we too ought to look anorexic like those Hollywood movie stars we see on magazine covers (never mind all the rehab these people put in over a life time trying to get off diet pills or other drugs).

The Grip They Have On Us Seriously though, have you ever thought about what it would be like if the diet industry didn't have such a hold on you? Who ever put them in charge about what's hip and in and what's hot and what's not?

Try This: Imagine yourself every day for 2-3 minutes being free to eat and do whatever you want without ever gaining a pound, without breaking out and without getting (more) cellulite and without every worrying about what you eat. Imagine yourself as gorgeous or handsome as you want to look. Do this for at least 7 days consistently and see how amazingly this works!

Change Your Tactic - Surprise Them! On a recent trip home from LAX to SFO I sat next to a gentleman. After we received our in-flight service I pulled out my 80% "proof" chocolate and offered some to him, to which he replied: "No thanks, I have to watch my weight." To which I replied: "Me too! This keeps my curves voluptuous!" He was so stunned by my response that he almost spit out his soda. It was a fun way to start great conversation. I think he fell in love…

Try This: Change your strategy with someone you usually go out with and tend to eat "like a bird." Order your desert AT THE SAME TIME as your main course and go back and forth eating from both plates. Life is desert at all times, live like it!

I was a size 4 when I got married and ballooned up to a size 18 when I got divorced. I tried every diet there is, every diet pill there is - it all failed because I was physically very ill. Three years ago I finally said "enough is enough" and I turned my life around. The first step to true freedom is to stop putting yourself into a box designed by others! Be FREE!
