Build your diet around fresh vegetables and fruits, whole grains, and lean meats. Avoid highly processed foods, excessive caffeine and alcohol, and tobacco products.

Hair loss prevention is possible with a committed focus on the whole body. Take steps to increase your overall level of health and take extra care of your hair. You may be surprised at the results.
