The Power of Respect - Tools for Life
Or, wait a minute, Did you say when we Respect ourselves then we have all the Respect we desire?
Now, How can I Respect myself and others and feel Good? What can I do for myself to have Respect for myself? What does Respect mean?
The dictionary defines the word Respect as high or special regard.
R-E-S-P-E-C-T Real, Ever-lasting, Serene, Possibilities, Education, Connection, Truth Rejoice, Enjoy, Strong, Patience, Eternal, Courage, Tolerance And so on.......You get the idea.
We can have respect for ourselves by being our God Self, doing whatever it is that brings peace to our lives and therefore having the life we so desire.
Sometimes we think that this life has to be so complicated in order for us to be Right On with it. You know that the truth of it is actually the Opposite. It is the sum total of all of our experiences and memories that create our behaviors and our beliefs.
So knowing this to be the truth, let us start by acknowledging that to Respect ourselves and others is to Care for ourselves and others. The Action is Self-love and the Result is Loving others.
Example: I Respect myself by Meditating, Exercising, Healthy Nutrition, Protecting my Boundaries, Educating myself, Traveling, Positive Thinking, Asking for Support, Pursuing my goal, Helping others and any other action that creates Wholeness within.
This may seem like a very casual learning but the root of it all is the foundation of all that we are.
So let us Respect ourselves and others by taking it easy on ourselves and others. We all make mistakes and grow from the mistakes, therefore evolving in Consciousness.
So let us all Respect ourselves by Forgiving ourselves and others. Letting go of the Unwanted past experiences is in fact Self-Care, Self-Love and Self-Respect.
Let us all do this for we are all worthy and deserving of living a peaceful and Successful life in every way.
