As access to internet around the world grows, so has its use for buying and selling products and services, which in turn, has resulted in the growing popularity of Internet marketing. Amongst the different types of Internet marketing, B2B is one such type. Most of us who are computer literate are familiar with B2B. It is business to business transactions i.e. doing business on the internet through the help of e-commerce. Most of the people believe it is still at a nascent stage and there is much scope for bigger things to happen although, it has made a huge impact on the masses around the globe due to its unbelievable technology. Such are the expectations and confidence among the people for B2B.

Besides debt arbitration, business to business negotiation is widely being accepted by B2B communities and global sourcing. In areas, like bargaining power and cultural aspects, governmental policies on foreign trade, business to business compromises need tough positions. Therefore, B2B negotiations should be considered as a science as well as an art for the issues to be addresses and also the agreements if possible. Especially, in import and export deals, B2B compromises in case of global sourcing are frequently fond of the usage of skillful tactics. B2B requires a great exposure to international culture, mostly in an import and export market of global sourcing. For any reason, for the matter, when global sourcing partners are not able to see your point or make out your point, it will make B2B negotiations longer and irritating. The stumbling blocks of B2B compromises will be the main cause for import and export get prolonged or failing. It will be but naturally more frustrating then. Though there are some issues over B2B, still it has managed to maintain a very good name in the world market. That is why many of the companies world wide are preferring B2B over the normal other kinds of businesses because it helps them to save more time and effort as B2B is done in the internet, thus saving a lot of time for the customers and the sellers. All together, it benefits the customers as well as sellers, transforming companies from a mundane company to a huge successful company.
