I wanted to take the time to talk to you about how you can eliminate excess sweating forever from your life. This just isn't a fun thing to have. It seems to lower the quality of your life no matter what you do. The sad part is that a lot of people have this problem, but the medical community doesn't have the slightest clue on how to treat it. There idea of eliminating excess sweating is to put you into painful and expensive surgery to physically remove sweat glands. I did a little investigating and was able to solve my problem and I'll show you how you can too.

My problem with excess sweating has greatly effected me in my job because I got passed over for promotions all the time. I'm a great employee. I work hard, I'm dedicated and I do everything that a business wants. Since I'm sweating all the time, I always give people this negative vibe. They think I lack confidence or that I'm sinister in nature. It doesn't help the career any.

My job wasn't demanding of my body. I worked at a desk in an air conditioned building. Yet, I still excessively sweat all over myself. I'd have to take breaks every so often, just so I could goto the washroom and clean myself up. I don't think my boss liked it, but I just can't sweat through my clothes and onto my chair.

I finally decided to stop being a victim and figure out how I can stop this. The first thing I did was get a copy of "Stop Excess Sweating", which was a pretty uplifting book. It had what it called the natural cure to this problem. The cure, a simple diet that eliminates foods that cause sweating. I gave it a try and after a week I was sweating much less and I wasn't getting the "are you okay?" comments.
