Therefore, the principle of working for people dictated the need of elections where the whole country citizens can be evolved in electing the government which will guide its people to better life. However, during the years of this democratic government running the society, establishing foreign political attitudes and internal federal governing the elections principles have changed drastically as well. The elites who run American government are put into power with the ways of financing electoral campaigns which were changing drastically over time. In recent years, many policies have been considered to ultimately help to restrict the ways in which these campaigns are funded. Unless states continue to adopt restrictive policies regarding the soft money donations of political action committees, these groups will ultimately grow to have an enormous impact and influence on public policy, thus allowing the wants of a few to influence the social policy of entire states and their communities. One of those attempts to restrict electoral funds and monitor money donations was to establish Political Action Committees.

Political Action Committees have tasks to evolve in their relationship with the funding of elections, and this relationship has hade its subsequent widespread policy influence. Also, These organizations were able to navigate around the stipulations regarding hard money campaign contributions. However, the widespread influence of these organizations had to be eliminated by any public means as they began really destroying some electoral campaigns. Many American states had established and approved their federal Acts which would help to free the States from the Political Action Committees pressing. This new policy has greatly changed the electoral campaigns and government candidates list as well. Now campaign guards are approved due to their money spent on these campaigns.

The right guard is that guard who knows the right direction. So is the right direction is that which is full of money disregarding where this money come from?
