East Europe Countries - Best Investments

The New Zones for Real Estate Investing are Most Productive, this truth being known for the beginning of every new happening. The entrance of the East European Countries: Romania and Bulgaria in the European Union, is a good opportunity for investors in Real Estate to participate by now, at the profits that will come through developing there Real Estate domain, that meaning: homes, offices, apartments, plants, farms.

Speculative investing is a very good opportunity too, the prices are still low, and growing "langsam aber sicher", as germans investors are saying.

Speaking about Romania, we can observe that it is a middle range country, having 20 Million people, and a wide surface of cca 230000 sqkm, that meaning 90 people/sqkm, three times lower than in western european countries. Because of bad life in 50 years of communism, population is aging and most of them are offering part of there land and homes for sale. Country is beautiful, with a geography from Black Sea, Danube River with it's Delta, unique in Europe, to the 5 Romanian Planes: Dobrudja, Moldavia, Muntenia Plane, West Plane and Transylvanian Plane, and to the Carpathians Mountaines, where many castles are still standing as Dracula's Castle does.

In the capital city, Bucharest, the Market is the best, for Real Estate Investing. Foreigners are allowed to buy apartments, homes and offices in Romania. Land for construction and for farming are allowed to be bought only in name of a mixt or romanian company. After a period of 5 years, private persons would be able to buy land. A view in capital can be taken in city hall website: www.pmb.ro but for investing, everyone could consult one of the Real Estate websites, such as: http://www.romanianproperties.net or http://www.imobiliare-vittorio.ro
