Why should you be concerned about your dog's health? Because having a healthy dog is one of the key factors to having a wonderful relation with your dog. But let me tell you a sad fact, many people do not take good care of their dog. The reason why is that a huge percentage of dog owners in America just don't know how important a dog's health is! I mean think about it, when you have a cold or have the stomach flu are you much fun to be around? The answer is of course no. Well then how can your dog be much fun to be around when he doesn't feel well. Remember a healthy dog is a happy dog. And let me tell you something, having a healthy, happy dog is wonderful thing. Wouldn't you agree?
Let me say another thing, Love your dog! Love is a huge portion of dog health. You need to love your dog, don't neglect it or take it for granted. Pat your dog when ever you can. When he has done something good then reward him and hug him. If you do these things then you will have a much healthy dog. Your dog will also love you in turn. You need to develop a bond between you and your dog. Have you ever noticed that a dog will respond much better to you if you talk to it in a gentle voice rather than yelling at it? If you pat it on the head or stroke its back instead of hitting it then it will also love you. Always think of how would you feel if you were neglected and then decide if you want your dog to feel that way. Keep this in mine as you go about your house and your dog is looking for a little love and affection. And always take good care of your dog's health.
